Well today is the day, the start of the new challenge, and I'm off to a good start. I've already had a big glass of water, and a good breaky of scrambled eggs (2 eggs) on wholemeal toast (2 slices). I'm going to be having a nice salad for lunch with Karyn, after we've been for a walk.
i weighed myself this morning, and i can't believe how much I've put on. this challenge has to be the answer for me, i need to lose the weight for my health. plus i want to look good when i start going out again he he.
Well ill be going through my wardrobe this week, and ill be sorting the clothes out into sizes, and ill pick out my goal clothes, something ill be aiming for, to fit into by the end of this challenge.

And the race begins!!
well a friend and i have decided that we want to lose some weight, so we've decided to have fun with it. we have turned it into our own little biggest loser. were starting out with 3 months (14 weeks actually) and at the end of each 4 weeks the loser % wise has to give the loser a gift. and each week when we weigh in, we are each going to put $2 in a jar, and at the end of the 14 weeks the winner gets the lot.
now i thought id blog our progress to help keep track of it. plus i was hoping to add some recipes an hints and tips.
So monday is weigh in day, and the beginning of a new life. Will add more as i think of it. My friend Karyn will add her results via the comments.
